FEES

INITIAL COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION FOR NEW CLIENTS

Initial Comprehensive Evaluation consists of 2 appointments.

First Appointment: A thorough history taking and diagnostic evaluation is performed to assess the client's situation and level of functioning. With children and adolescents included in the evaluation is the child's academic, social, emotional and behavioral functioning.

Second Appointment: After diligently evaluating your unique situation the therapist will inform you of her findings and the treatment program specifically designed for you. Once you and your therapist agree to work together treatment begins immediately.

Both the First and Second Appointment are included in the $125 Fee.

Sessions after Initial Comprehensive Evaluation = $100

Group Sessions = $40 or $120/month

Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash are accepted.

Superbills will be provided for those wishing to submit to their insurance.
